At EDZEO, we want every order to arrive exactly as expected. If something isn't right, here's how we'll sort it out.
Inspect on Delivery
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is found to be damaged, torn, defective, incorrectly delivered, or significantly different from what was ordered, please notify us as soon as possible.
Condition of Returns
Returns will not be accepted for items that have been washed, altered, intentionally damaged, or returned in a condition different from how they were received.
Fit & Try-On
Trying on an item for size or fit is completely fine. We simply ask that it remains in its original condition.
Return Charges
For eligible returns, return courier charges may apply unless the return is due to an error on our part.
